The Gestalt Institute of Santa Fe was founded in 2002 in the high desert of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Its purpose is to provide experiential training and psychotherapy using the powerful expressive methods of Gestalt Therapy. GISF also provides lecture demonstrations and workshops in the community, in school settings, and to groups interested in personal growth and change.
The location of the center is 12 miles south of Santa Fe in a rural setting with big sky and majestic views.
Santa Fe is an ideal learning environment. Its multicultural population brings into practice both the traditional and the avant-garde in all matters of healing and living. There is a natural freedom here to think, discover, and learn experientially.
